My High Energy Dog Loves This Toy So Much He Asks For It By Name

Do you have a high energy dog?
If you do he is a lot like our Australian Shepherd Ripley? Then you probably know the very real struggle of making sure they get enough exercise. One of Ripley’s favorite things in the word to do is play with his Ball Gun(affiliate link). What’s a Ball Gun you ask? It’s exactly what you’re probably thinking in your head. A gun that shoots… balls. In this case puppy friendly tennis balls. We could tell Ripley really enjoyed this game and we decided to add BALL GUN to his FluentPet soundboard of talking buttons.

Ripley ended up liking his Ball Gun so much he started to tell us when he wanted to play. People might disagree if dogs can really tell time, but Ripley has shown us time and time again that he understands the different between things like now and later, today and tomorrow, and day and night. In the next video, Ripley responds to us when we tell him we will play ball gun later. How do you think he responded to us?
Your dog might not want to walk all the time.
Sometimes Ripley doesn’t want to go on a walk and wants to play ball gun instead in the backyard. Before buttons we might not have not known this and just took him for a walk. Just like humans, dogs don’t necessarily want to do the same thing everyday. We’re seeing more of this this as an increasing number of families use talking buttons to communicate to their pets and share it with the world.
